This Personal Data Processing Policy of “AR Maistas”, UAB in Lithuania (the “Policy”) is intended to inform you about the purposes and grounds for which we process your personal data, where we obtain your personal data, to whom we provide it and for how long we store it, what security measures we use and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. In this way, we aim to ensure fair and transparent processing of personal data.

Processing of data is necessary to achieve the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party. “AR Maistas”, UAB understands that the confidentiality and protection of your personal data are of utmost importance. “AR Maistas”, UAB undertakes to process your personal data in compliance with the requirements for processing personal data set out in legal acts and to ensure the lawfulness of personal data processing actions.
The Privacy Policy is designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized use. "AR Maistas", UAB implements and constantly updates appropriate organizational and technical security measures that help protect personal data from accidental or unauthorized destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.

How do we obtain your personal data?

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

By registering, you consent to “AR Maistas”, UAB collecting and processing your personal data in order to provide you with the opportunity to provide services and/or provide goods, respond to your inquiries, complaints, requests and administer your feedback, conclude and execute purchase and sale agreements, make refunds (if you return the purchased goods), as well as provide various benefits (discounts, etc.).

business entities necessary for business entities to establish, maintain and develop business, professional and other lawful relationships with "AR Maistas", UAB ; to conclude, execute and administer transactions, contracts and agreements; to defend "AR Maistas", UAB against claims, demands and claims brought against it and to fulfill its obligations and liabilities in accordance with applicable legal acts.
7. In what cases may data be disclosed?
We undertake not to transfer your personal data to any unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

state institutions in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;

"AR Maistas", UAB processes the following data of you:
first name, last name;
contact details (telephone number, address, e-mail);
data on powers of attorney (representation) of customers, business partners, suppliers, other parties to the transaction and beneficiaries, including personal identification numbers, addresses, and contact details of representatives;
aggregated and anonymized data, such as IP address, pages visited, browsing duration, devices and applications used for browsing, geographical location, age, gender, language, common interests, etc.
We process your personal data only within the European Union. We currently have no intention of transferring and do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
9. Data retention periods
The data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the obligations for which they were collected. However, in any case, no longer than until you wish to be forgotten (i.e., until you yourself express your wish to terminate the processing of your personal data) except in cases where “AR Maistas”, UAB is obliged to store your data by law or other legal acts.

After these deadlines, the data will be deleted in a way that makes it impossible to reproduce it.
